Just wanted to drop a note to comment that reciprocal links program are not worthy for SEO, Panda will filter it out. Paid text links in related niche yes, so don't pay for any text links else it's just a waste of money. Absolutely agree with SE submission services. I like the way you described it - "run away as fast as you can" 2 ways to identify SEO company are lousy - 1. When they guarantee #1 ranking and all they talk about is back links. 2.
