Gee, since I create original content and it pisses me off that people steal it. It really breaks my heart that Google penalizes thieves like you that think you deserve to have a website full of content created by other people and make money off of it.

Poor baby!

Thank to share that, I think about it really difficult to create new fresh content on Internet. In case of Affiliate for Amazon, we should have some tools auto-spin to content or auto-translate before publish.

Because, most of affiliate may not love in Content creation. ( I expect )

The value of my site is audio recordings of written news reports on another site. I'm still working on the design, so I haven't really tried to publicize it yet, or begun worrying about my statistics, but now I am worried. My visitors will mostly be coming because of the audio - i.e. podcast - content, but each page has the podcast and the transcript - which is copied from the source site.

Will I be penalized for this? What can I do to avoid this? I thought about not putting the transcript on the page, but then my readers loose the benefit of being able to read the text while listening.

I work for a mid sized online retailer and I articles to the website about featured products. The company also has a blog that I work on where I mostly put unique content. However, in some instances I duplicate the article from the main website to the blog website (different domains)

The ratio of unique content on the blog to duplicate is about 8/2. Will this hurt either or both pages? Thanks.

How do you know if you've been penalized due to content duplication ... I run several 100% content sites that do NOT recycle content -- but deal with the exact same subject over and over again. My Google payout has nose-dived and I'm thinking that it's because we cover a topic so completely.

How do you know?
Does Google tell you?
Is there some place I can find out?
